Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Please understand that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time, however; as you would want for your pet, emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Drop-off appointments are available for your convenience. A "Drop-Off" means you could bring your pet at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few of hours. Usually we suggest that you "drop-off" sometime in the morning and then a pick-up time is reserved for you and your pet in the afternoon to further discuss the treatment plan with the doctor.
Vaccinations
Rabies vaccinations must be current for all pets.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that Rabies vaccinations be up to date. This is for the protection of our staff as well.
Pet Comfort
Pets almost always love coming here (we give them great treats!) and even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, children, and even other pets. Therefore, animals must be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before exiting your vehicle and they must be kept in your control during your visit (please let us know if you need assistance). In addition, children should be coached that veterinary clinics are like libraries and restaurants ... calm and quiet is better for all.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash payment. We do not accept checks.
