Dr. Mikayla Leiber obtained her veterinary degree from the University of Arizona, and was a part of the class of 2025. She loved the Tucson area so much that she decided to make it her permanent home after graduation. During her time in school she found that she really enjoys doing surgery. She is excited to work in a small animal general practice where she can build long term relationships with clients and their beloved pets. 

Dr. Mikayla Leiber has always had a passion for working with animals, so she attended the California State University of Chico to obtain her undergraduate degree in Animal Science. During her time there she worked with a lot of large animals (sheep, goats, pigs, horses, cattle) and fell in love with working with dairy cows. After graduation she spent 5 years working on a dairy farm. She hopes that in the future she will also be able to offer services for other species, such as cattle, sheep, and goats.
